Overview
PA Sharks operates as a non-profit youth basketball organization. Because our season dues directly fund gym rentals, equipment, uniforms, and league administration, our refund policy is structured as follows:

• Season Registration Fees: Refund requests submitted in writing prior to the official start of team practices or uniform ordering deadlines may be eligible for a full or partial refund (less any non-recoverable processing fees). Once the season has officially started or uniforms have been ordered, registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Donations & Contributions: All financial contributions and donations made to PA Sharks are considered final and non-refundable. These gifts directly support our player scholarship funds, equipment upgrades, and community programs.

Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events occur. If a registered player experiences a season-ending injury or a relocation prior to the mid-point of the season, please contact us. Review of partial refunds or account credits for future seasons will be handled by league administration on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds
If an approved refund is granted, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
